The minimum booking for a POD member is 7 hours. This allows enough time for them to properly contribute to your project and deliver meaningful work within the day. We may make exceptions depending on the work required.

Yes. All POD members are fully insured under the SharpFutures insurance cover, just like any member of our team. This means they’re covered whether they’re working on location, on-site, or supporting a production environment.

Yes. POD members are paid through PAYE, so everything is handled properly and transparently.
Holiday pay is included as a supplemental payment equal to 12.07% of the pay for hours worked.
Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) may apply depending on the length and nature of the assignment.
This approach ensures POD members are paid fairly while making the process simple for employers.

Rates can also be influenced by whether your business aligns with the Real Living Wage Foundation standards.
