Our services

  • If you are running an event, a large production or require support staff at your venue, POD can provide TV runners, event teams and front-of-house support. We have worked with numerous clients at events in scale, including conferences, trade exhibitions, festivals, major international TV production shoots and sports events.

  • POD can offer a range of web development services, including both frontend and backend website design, building & updating. We are familiar with WordPress, HTML, Javascript, CSS and PHP as well as working with platforms such as MailChimp and Zoho.

  • POD can provide support and assistance on all aspects of your business’s social media, across daily posting, event support or longer-term strategy and campaigns.

  • POD have worked with public sector, arts organisations, brands, businesses & broadcasters to produce video content across a wide variety of briefs. We’ve filmed in studios, on location, at events and in offices, providing runners and support staff to support larger productions.

  • POD can provide a range of graphic design services as per your requirements. We have designed and produced the following for a wide range of clients: logos‍, brand assets, flyers‍, posters, signage,‍ ‍wayfinding and digital content, including animations and video.

  • If your business needs support in the office then POD members can be booked across a wide range of admin roles. They can be booked to either work on-site or remotely, either by the hour or supporting longer term projects.

    Case Study

    Ashley joined POD in 2024 and has within the last year secured a wide range of roles across the North West’s TV production sector. She has been a part of the BBC POD programme, working as a YouTube Editor for BBC Children’s and Education as well as a Content Editor at BBC Children’s.

    She has also worked for sports production company Sunset + Vine, supporting their coverage of Premier League live match broadcasts at stadiums such as the Etihad and Anfield. Ashley recently filmed content at the Beyond The Band event at Co-op Live, a collaborative production between Beyond The Music and SharpFutures.

    Case Study

    Since joining POD, Rebecca has worked with some of SharpFutures’ key clients over the last two years, having struggled to find opportunities in the sector prior. She has mixed part-time work commitments with a wide range of POD gigs, a practical way for a young creative to build industry experience. 

    Rebecca’s work across content creation, stills photography, runner and social media management has seen her enjoy successful roles with Buzz16, JD Sports, Our Pass, The Co-operatives UK, Pixipixel and Freshrb.

    Case study

    Joining POD gave Aslan the confidence to develop his existing skills while learning new ones along the way. Since joining, he’s had the opportunity to work with high-profile clients including Channel 4 and BBC, contributing to creative ideas, using Photoshop and producing video content for social media. For Aslan, POD opened his eyes to the opportunities available within the creative industries and gave him the experience and confidence to take the next step in his career.
